Professional expertise and research interest in: Bioactive compounds determination (ascorbic acid, phenolic and carotenoid profile) using different analytical tools (polarography, HPLC-UV/vis, HPLC-DAD, capillary electrophoresis, spectrophotometry), total antioxidant capacity (ORAC, ABTS, DPPH and photochemiluminiscence (ACW, ACL) methods). High Performance Liquid Chromatography: HPLC-DAD for carotenoids, polyphenols and HPLC-UVvis for tocopherols, cholecalciferol and ergocalciferol measurement in liquid foods.
